How We StartedThe company is owned and managed by two brothers, Jim and Will Hunt. Jim has over 25 years' experience working with the company, and is a Master Joiner. Will originally trained as a toolmaker and has worked in the business for over 15 years. Together, they manage our very experienced team. Staff loyalty and morale is high with the majority of our staff having worked for us for ten years or more. Jim and Will work together to continually ‘raise the benchmark’, ensuring that our high standards of quality control and customer care are maintained. Their dedication and passion is obvious to everybody who meets and works with them. Some of the work we undertake is on listed buildings or in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We ensure all our designs meet strict local authority regulations and guidelines and that our solutions are sympathetic with the age, style and beauty of the property and its surroundings. Work in the past 12 years have taken us to several properties on Sir Edward Dashwood’s beautiful National Trust Estate in West Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
