"I urgently required boxes and a hanging wardrobe to move my mum from a care home into a nursing home. I called several places this morning and was so relieved when I found access to self storage Northampton. The lady on Reception was so helpful on the phone. Once I got into the store the same lady’s customer service was above and beyond. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, her whole approach really helped make a difficult task so much easier. Thank you."
"The staff are very friendly and helpful. But could use more spaces near the lifts to ensure easy access. And improve the front gate because the keypad is too far away and you have to get out of the car to enter."
