Do i need to make a booking? we do not have a booking system in place. it is first come first served. we are adhering to safe distancing and have hand sanitisers at hand. if you would like more guidance or concerns, please call us direct and we try to help you. Can you choose the tree for me? the choice of the tree is very important as the idea is you have your tree year after year, so it has to be your choice. we will not be choosing trees for our customers as this is part of the festive experience. Does the christmas tree come in a pot? our trees are pot grown, meaning they have lived in a pot from seedlings, and will remain in a pot for their pot for the majority of their life, the trees will come to you in a pot. How do i look after my christmas tree? your christmas tree will need looking after over the festive period. it must have daily water, not be placed near a heat source such as radiator (if this is the only place it must be turned off) or open fire, and the trees must not be cut or trimmed. we will explain these when you choose your tree. please also look at our page www.festivetreehire.co.uk/tree-care for more information.
