East Coast Fencing: Garden Fencing and Landscaping Supplies

East Coast Fencing is a manufacturer and supplier of garden fencing based in Little Clacton, Essex. We supply homeowners, landscapers, fencing contractors and builders’ merchants with products for garden boundaries and outdoor projects. Whether you are replacing damaged panels, planning a new fence or refreshing your garden, our range brings together fencing, timber and the essential materials needed to complete the job.

We manufacture more than 100,000 fence panels each year, giving us practical experience of the products our customers use. Our approach is straightforward: offer a choice of fencing styles, provide clear product information and help customers find materials that suit their gardens. From a small repair to a complete boundary replacement, we understand that choosing the right components matters just as much as choosing the finished appearance.

Fence Panels for Different Gardens

Our fence panels include closeboard, waney lap, picket and decorative designs. Closeboard panels offer a traditional appearance with overlapping vertical boards, making them a popular option for customers looking for privacy. Waney lap panels provide a familiar horizontal boarded finish, while picket fencing suits areas where a lower, more open boundary is preferred.

For a different look, our decorative range includes double slatted, hit and miss, and omega lattice panels. These designs provide options for dividing garden spaces, framing seating areas and complementing planting. The right choice depends on the level of screening you want, the style of your garden and the dimensions of the space. Checking the listed measurements helps ensure that panels work with your chosen posts and gravel boards.

Posts, Gravel Boards and Fencing Essentials

A fence needs suitable support as well as attractive panels. We supply concrete and wooden fence posts, allowing customers to choose components that suit their preferred construction and finish. Post selection should account for the height of the finished fence, the installation method and the conditions where it will stand. Planning these details before ordering makes it easier to put together a complete materials list.

Our gravel boards include concrete and timber options for the base of a fence. They help separate timber panels from direct ground contact and provide a defined lower edge. We also supply fencing timber, including feather edge boards, rails and capping, alongside ironmongery and cement products. This gives customers access to materials for repairs, individual sections and fencing built on site.

Trellis Panels and Garden Gates

Our trellis panels offer ways to introduce lighter screening and support climbing plants. They can help define different parts of a garden without creating the same solid division as a fully boarded fence. Depending on the design and installation, trellis can also provide a decorative finishing touch above fencing or form part of a planted garden feature.

Garden gates complete a boundary while providing access to paths, side entrances and outdoor spaces. When planning a gate, it is worth considering the opening width, the supporting posts and the fittings required. Hinges, latches and other ironmongery should suit the gate and its intended use. Thinking about these details together helps create a practical entrance that sits comfortably alongside the surrounding fencing.

Railway Sleepers for Landscaping Projects

Our pressure treated railway sleepers are suitable for raised beds, garden edging and a variety of landscaping projects. Their substantial timber section works well for defining planting areas and adding structure to outdoor spaces. Green or natural and brown finishes provide a choice of appearance, helping customers coordinate new features with existing timber and fencing.

Sleepers can be used in compact gardens as well as larger landscaping schemes. Before ordering, consider the finished dimensions, how the timbers will be arranged and which fixings the project requires. Our online railway sleeper calculator helps estimate quantities for straightforward projects, making it easier to plan purchases and reduce unnecessary surplus.
